Kamieleke’s values

Prior to.

How does a person come to an insight? That is still an unexplored area of our brains. Wheter you should ever investigate this I leave up to you and us un essence not that important.

The fact that the insight comes every now and then is important and at the same time refreshing and rich in value.

What is it about? There is a fundamental value such as: Women must be free. This is to achieve a fundamental change in worldview and to realize real equality between men and women. I explain myself further: I give the example of the use of language. If you look at the Western human language, almost all objects or concepts that create, give and care, create in safety, listen to, are essentially feminine. To bring about real change, we have to create, create. Open the shell and give instead of receiving or taking.

The spring of the pinball machine.

In order to achieve real change, everyone has to make an exercise in logical thinking and analysis. You will descend very deep into your personality, go to the root of yourself and your exestence. Ask questions like: Who am I? What have I already done? What have I already created? What does my life look like? Where do I com from? Where am I now? Where do I want to go?

If you do this exercise for yourself, you can easily extrapolate to the large group, to the others and ultimately to society.

You can best imagine this exercise as a spring from an old-fashioned ‘pinball machine’ (just look it up in the images on google).

You pull out this spring (you go all the way to the essence, the thorough analysis of yourself as a person with all its aspects of your personality to the root of your existence). You pull that spring all the way out and let it go. The effect is that the ball in the pinball machine shoots into space. This image represents letting go after the analysis. The result is like a sparkling sea of fire during the fireworks.

The image represents a very short, conservative reflex, looking for the essence but immediately letting go. Don’t get stuck in the conservative

thinking but only seeing it as a reflection, a starting point, a new start in yourself, in a group, in society.

Then pick the positive aspects that suit you from the rain of fire and start your work. Find who you are, what suits you, discover your talents, who am I? What are the aspects of my personality? What fits most with who I want to be. This is a long term project and some will come sooner than others. Take your time, build in the necessary reflection and take into account ‘trial and error’. You can fail and a setback will be in the way, but always think of the long term perspective. Where do I want to go? Where are my aspirations and ambitions?

The key figures

These are valuable figures who help you grow, the teachers, the inspirators, supervisors, listeners. These are figures from society who are essential for survival, development, togetherness and future orientation. We usually find these people within a school, association or organization, a company or a place where people come together, meet each other. Without these people, there will be a gap in the organization, people will drop out and they will no longer be stimulated to think and develop further. Key figures can be people from an association, club, but can also be the postman who still knows his neighborhood or someone who builds society, the community worker, but also the priest, the imam, the Buddha, the guru…

I like to compare the role of these key figures with the role of key animals in the organization of an animal community. It is not the highest ranked animals, the top predators or the strongest of their environment. Socially translated; the politicians with power. It is those animals without which the community will not survive or evolve. They are crucially placed animals that play an essential role in the community, the very ones that ensure the survival of the others and contribute to their development. Through them the others can grow and the whole of a group, community can grow and prosper.

If we convey this thought to us humans, it is essential that these figures are recognized, that they can develop and that they are supported by the organizers of the social system and those who radiate power and authority.

Role of money.

We can mean a lot to each other. We can help each other, complement each other, build with and through each other, solidarity and sustainable growth as individual parts of a larger, coherent whole. What one person can’t do, the other can do for you.

Money can again claim its value as a medium of exchange but let us once again dust off a new, say old interpretation, a philosophical discussion first but maybe it can expand to other humane interpretations and then I think in the first place of another economic interpretation.

Collaboration.

We can mean a lot to each other. We can help each other, complement each other, build with and through each other, solidarity and sustainable growth as individual parts of a larger, coherent whole. What one person can’t do, the other can do for you.

Should there always be something to compensate for that? Not necessary. We can help and cooperate as a feeling. This gives a good and satisfied whole, a satisfaction too. An attitude that gives us more pleasure as human beings, makes us richer.

Stimulate by a human gesture.

I think that human beings can be positive and good by nature. We challenge each other through a human gesture. Arriving somewhere in an unfamiliar place and being invited from afar for a meal. How clean is that? Be invited to have dinner with someone and the best snacks are served by the hostess who takes care of you and pampers you…

We haven’t forgotten all that. More, we can recall it spontaneously and bring it forward as a positive gesture.

Show interest in the other person’s plans. Ask questions, encourage, compliment, support, be empathetic in approaching the other.

Think deeper and further.

We must try to get rid of the idea that we live only as human beings. Let us think deeper and further and also spontaneously take into account all beings and things that surround us. We get a different picture of biodiversity, fauna, flora and learn to deal with waste and…perhaps also the climate. We no longer just live with animals and plants. The result will be that we make each other richer and more diverse, more complete and with attention to all aspects of the existence of the other. Every being has its beautiful qualities. Look for it and encourage it.

Learn to think ‘out of the box’. There is more than analysis and logical thinking. Go off the beaten track.

Empatic.

Can’t we even try to think from the point of view of the other being, the animal, the other human being. Stop departing from the ego, make an attempt to understand from the other. What does the world look like for a 2 year old child? Everything is immense, a chair, a doberman, a cow, an adult human being. All of this scares the little toddler. It is impossible for him to grasp and he certainly has no control. Always make an effort to think and act from the perspective of the other. It is so much richer, more interesting and above all more enjoyable. Think from an animal’s point of view…

Diplomatic.

Weigh your words. The wounds that words can inflict are far heavier to bear and to grasp than the worst blow or blow. The consequences of a blow pass. Words are always lurking, even after so many years. Don’t hurt to hurt. Criticism is allowed and necessary, especially if you are among “friends” and can offer each other things to help someone else learn and grow.

Speak plainly and avoid speaking in riddles, double entendres and twists. Do not use abbreviations or character terms. Avoid the jargon and association language that only members understand and put the outside world in front of a big question mark. Be clear and clear in word and writing and think in function of the other in order to grow together and make the sum so much greater than the addition of the parts.
